1. Nature of Our Services

MyIDPrint provides digital verification services and wallet-based online tools. All services are delivered electronically and processed instantly after successful payment confirmation.

Due to the instant and digital nature of our services, transactions are generally non-refundable.

This platform does not generate, issue, or replace any Government ID and is not affiliated with any Government authority.

2. No Refund Policy

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Used wallet balance
  • Completed verification transactions
  • Incorrect data entered by user
  • Accidental recharge
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Lack of technical knowledge

Users are advised to review service details before making payment.

3. Wallet Recharge Policy

  • Wallet balance is non-refundable
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable
  • Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts
  • Wallet funds can only be used within MyIDPrint platform

Once credited, wallet balance remains valid for use on the platform.

4. Duplicate Payment

Refunds may be considered ONLY in case of duplicate payment made for the same transaction.

To request a duplicate payment refund, users must contact us within 48 hours and provide:

  • Payment screenshot
  • Transaction ID
  • Registered email or phone number

Approved refunds may take 5–7 working days to process depending on the payment gateway.

5. Service Downtime & Technical Issues

Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:

  • Internet connectivity problems
  • User device malfunction
  • Browser compatibility issues
  • Temporary maintenance downtime

We continuously strive to maintain stable services but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since services are processed instantly and digitally, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

7. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

We reserve the right to suspend accounts and deny refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Suspicious payment disputes
  • Abuse of refund policy

Any chargeback attempt without valid reason may lead to permanent account suspension.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised policy.
